Feeling like you need to get hydrated after a long workout? Try this sports drink, and then have a green juice for good measure!
Brendan’s Original Lemon-Lime Sports Drink
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup water
- 2 dates (pitted fresh or pre-soaked dried)
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- Juice from 1/4 lime
- Sea salt to taste
Combine all ingredients and blend. Strain out any pulp left from the lemon or lime. Great to drink after/during a run!

Green Juice Recipe
- 1 bunch Kale
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 cucumber
- 2 granny smith apples
- 1/2 lemon
- ginger root
Place ingredients in juicer and drink to your heart’s desire!
